Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on reinforcement learning and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex research into actionable, production-ready features.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing integration.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy standards are met across all projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments at scale.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
