Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for future-proof systems.
- Define the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to drive innovation and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Conduct deep-dive research into novel algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee code reviews, system architecture reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI deployments and managing technical teams.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
