Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures that align with the company's 2026 strategic goals.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI capabilities, anticipating future trends in the industry.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of proprietary machine learning models to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability and data flow.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps with a long-term perspective.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
