Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure core algorithms for the 2026 autonomous infrastructure.
- Lead the architectural direction for large-scale neural networks and deep learning models.
- Oversee the training pipeline, ensuring data integrity and model optimization for production deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex research into deployable, high-value features.
- Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge devices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
