- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on next-generation AI, Web3, and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead High-Impact R&D: Direct research initiatives that explore emerging paradigms, ensuring Nexus Future Labs remains years ahead of the competition.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict ethical frameworks and safety protocols for AI deployment to ensure responsible innovation.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze global tech trends to identify high-potential opportunities for disruptive growth.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of top-tier engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy and R&D.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, and future-forward tech stacks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term visions (5+ year horizons) and successfully executing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on rapid market changes.
