Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement advanced transformer architectures and multi-modal systems optimized for 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Training Pipeline Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle, including data curation, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Scalability Engineering: Build distributed training infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets with zero latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in generative AI trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Computational Linguistics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with model compression and quantization techniques.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional skills in Python and C++; fluency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products to market.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
