Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and neural network architectures tailored for the 2026 time horizon.
- Lead the research and development of predictive algorithms capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
