Responsibilities
Architect and deploy state-of-the-art generative models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time, high-volume applications.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and execute roadmaps for AI features.Ensure ethical AI practices, including rigorous bias mitigation and transparency in model outputs.Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards and foster a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering scalable, production-grade AI products.
