Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of scalable architectures for next-generation General Intelligence systems.
- Design and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision that exceed current state-of-the-art performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists to ensure AI alignment and safety protocols.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
- Prototype and train large-scale models using proprietary datasets and emerging hardware accelerators.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in research or a senior engineering role within a leading AI lab or tech company.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong background in mathematical optimization and statistical modeling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
