Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and development of our AI capabilities, ensuring we are prepared for the technological shifts expected in 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure machine learning architectures that can handle millions of data points in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Edge AI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency to ensure the highest quality user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term product development and technology adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical data to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
