Responsibilities
- Define the technical and strategic vision for AI integration within the 2026 product ecosystem.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI projects, from conception to production.
- Mentor engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing clear technical insights and progress updates.
- Optimize system performance and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with MLOps tools and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
