- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and implement new technologies.
- Document technical procedures and create training materials for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly preferred.
- Experience working in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
