Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end development and optimization of deep learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and MLOps pipelines to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and AI engineers to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, performance testing, and architectural reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data architecture, and containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
