Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation workshops and ideation sessions to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-focused methodologies
- Mentor senior leadership on emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
