Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and workflows for the weekend shift.
- Coordinate logistics for city maintenance and public service activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal government regulations and policies.
- Respond to public inquiries, process applications, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and digital databases.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless continuity of services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on public service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government database systems.
- Previous experience in a government, public sector, or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
