Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail/packages efficiently for timely delivery
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions
- Provide excellent customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and handle customer inquiries
- Follow USPS safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist with mail processing duties when required
- Complete mandatory training programs and route adjustments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required
