Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
- Collect outgoing mail and postage payments from customers
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Follow USPS policies and procedures for mail handling
- Operate scanning devices to track package delivery status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy for scanning devices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
