Responsibilities
- Sort, process, and deliver mail/packages to residential and business addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently following USPS guidelines
- Collect mail from designated collection boxes and customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
- Assist with special deliveries and holiday mail rushes
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong customer service orientation and reliability
