Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages along assigned routes
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service at residences and businesses
- Handle special delivery requirements (certified mail, parcels)
- Operate automated mail processing equipment
- Adhere to strict delivery timeframes and safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues for postal facilities/vehicles
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to distribution center
- Flexibility for early morning shifts (5:00 AM start)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
