Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to traffic regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with residents/businesses
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues
- Adapt to route adjustments and weather-related delivery challenges
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
