Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail/packages according to USPS regulations and delivery schedules
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during mail interactions and route deliveries
- Manage and maintain assigned delivery equipment and vehicles
- Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures for mail handling
- Assist with mail processing duties at the facility as needed
- Report any delivery issues or suspicious activities promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
