Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-12 level status or equivalent (GS-11 with exceptional qualifications)
- Expertise in EPA regulations (Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Active security clearance eligibility
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
