Responsibilities
- Analyze program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities in veteran healthcare delivery
- Develop data-driven recommendations for resource optimization and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA policies
- Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor budget allocations and financial performance of assigned programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program analysis or federal project management
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience with federal budgeting and financial reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of VA healthcare systems and veteran services preferred
