Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, landscaping, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power washers) safely
- Assist in roadway maintenance and park facility repairs
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priority projects
- Complete daily equipment inspection and maintenance logs
- Support emergency response during weather events
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in extreme temperatures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Teamwork and reliability essential
