What You Will Do:
- Operate heavy-duty sanitation trucks and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily route sanitation, including trash collection and recycling processing.
- Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and the public regarding route status.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas and vehicles.

Qualifications:
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is preferred but not always required for entry-level roles; state ID accepted.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong commitment to public service and community safety.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
