Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping of streets, parks, and public facilities.
- Assist in waste management, recycling collection, and snow removal operations during adverse weather.
- Maintain and operate light vehicles, power tools, and basic heavy machinery safely.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to citizens.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, municipal policies, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct daily inspections of work areas to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Class C Nevada Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- U.S. Citizenship or proof of legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
