Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate municipal infrastructure maintenance projects across Oklahoma City neighborhoods
- Oversee public facility operations including parks, community centers, and administrative buildings
- Implement safety protocols for municipal workers and public spaces
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on urban development initiatives
- Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with city ordinances and standards
- Assist in emergency response coordination for severe weather events
- Maintain accurate records of municipal assets and maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in public administration preferred
- 2+ years experience in municipal operations or public service
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong knowledge of municipal regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergency response
- Basic proficiency with municipal software systems (GIS, CMMS)
