Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery for infrastructure maintenance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Tennessee Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 2+ years heavy equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong physical stamina and weather adaptability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tennessee residency required
