Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of city roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery including snow plows, graders, and street sweepers
- Respond to emergency infrastructure repairs and storm damage
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and municipal protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Michigan Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B
- Minimum 2 years experience in public works or construction
- Certification in heavy equipment operation preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
