Responsibilities
- Dispatch emergency services (police, fire, EMS) for Houston metropolitan area
- Operate computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and radio communications
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident reports in state databases
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during critical incidents
- Provide crisis intervention and information to callers

Qualifications
