Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid New Mexico Corrections Officer certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and psychological evaluation
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Physical stamina for extended overnight shifts (10-12 hours)
