Responsibilities
- Maintain security and inmate supervision during overnight hours
- Conduct regular perimeter and facility patrols
- Respond to emergencies and incidents per protocol
- Complete incident reports and documentation accurately
- Monitor surveillance systems and access controls
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations
- Enforce facility rules and regulations consistently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and psychological evaluation
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 12-hour shifts
