- Collaborate with day-shift personnel for seamless transition of critical information
- Conduct headcounts and ensure all security protocols are followed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Physical fitness to handle emergency situations and prolonged standing/walking
- Strong communication skills for de-escalation and documentation
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
