Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility protocols during night shifts
- Conduct regular security rounds and surveillance of perimeter areas
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Screen visitors and incoming packages according to department guidelines
- Collaborate with day shift personnel for seamless operations
- Participate in mandatory training and drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness assessment
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement (highly valued)
