Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility rules during overnight shifts
- Conduct regular security rounds and headcounts to ensure compliance

- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation for administrative review
- Operate security systems including surveillance equipment and access controls
- Collaborate with day shift personnel for seamless transition of operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass rigorous background check and physical fitness assessment
- Basic first aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
