Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Operate CAD/RMS systems and radio communications equipment
- Coordinate with police, fire, and EMS during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate call logs and incident documentation
- Provide critical information to field units during active situations
- Adhere to NENA/NCAP protocols and department procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed: 40+ WPM (verified by test)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- U.S. citizenship and Arizona residency required
- No felony convictions
