Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls during night shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Assist citizens with inquiries regarding state services, licenses, and regulations.
- Enter and update sensitive data into government databases with 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations and continuity of service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or government administration is preferred but not required.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Must be available to work nights on a full-time basis.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal government systems.
