Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee and coordinate data entry tasks and document processing during the night shift to ensure 100% accuracy and timely completion.
- System Monitoring: Monitor government database systems and security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for overnight inquiries, logging calls and messages into the central communication system.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and digitize physical records, ensuring proper chain of custody for sensitive government documents.
- Issue Resolution: Identify discrepancies in data sets and work with day-shift supervisors to resolve issues immediately.
- Report Generation: Compile daily operational reports and submit them to management by the start of the business day.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or government operations.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary government software quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling sensitive information and large volumes of data.
- Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check and fingerprinting process as required for government employment.
