Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and verification tasks with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct nightly audits of physical records against digital logs.
- Maintain strict adherence to state privacy laws and security protocols.
- Resolve discrepancies in transportation records using established troubleshooting methods.
- Utilize the Statewide Information Management System (SIMS) for reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of nightly reports for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or government administrative roles.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Proven ability to work independently and stay focused during night shifts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management software.
- Strong understanding of government compliance and record-keeping standards.
