Responsibilities
- Manage 911 calls and radio communications during overnight hours
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS units with precision and urgency
- Enter and update critical incident data in CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed logs of all emergency activities and responses
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during complex incidents
- Provide crisis intervention to callers in distress
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- EMR certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
