Responsibilities
- Monitor federal communication channels and IT systems during the night shift to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to and resolve high-priority service tickets and inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
- Perform nightly data validation, entry, and reporting for federal compliance audits.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document issues and ensure seamless handovers.
- Adhere to all federal security protocols, NDAs, and compliance regulations.
- Conduct routine system checks and escalate technical anomalies immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
- Proven experience working in night shifts or 24/7 operations centers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Associate degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
