Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and document scanning for federal archives with 99.9% accuracy.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems in strict accordance with federal compliance standards.
- Verify and reconcile inventory records to ensure complete accountability of sensitive materials.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports to federal oversight agencies.
- Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and shredders in a secure night environment.
- Adhere to all security protocols and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal Government security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with document management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
