Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to the federal facility, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and visitor logs.
- Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior grounds to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.
- Respond immediately and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, or security breaches in accordance with established emergency response plans.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily activity reports and incident logs for review by federal oversight authorities.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and report any suspicious activity or policy violations to the Site Manager.
- Collaborate with federal agents and local law enforcement agencies during joint operations or investigations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and medical evaluation.
