Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts within federal facilities
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent unauthorized access and ensure perimeter security
- Enforce federal security protocols and access control procedures
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency response
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Maintain constant vigilance during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass rigorous background check and medical fitness evaluation
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
- Strong physical endurance and ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Emergency response certification preferred
