Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emergency calls during night shift hours
- Conduct routine patrols and security checks of municipal facilities
- Document incidents and maintain detailed shift reports
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Assist with administrative tasks during off-peak hours
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Provide public assistance and information to citizens
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency and report writing skills
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous government or security experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
