Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical municipal infrastructure during overnight hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with state and federal agencies
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and report maintenance needs
- Implement community outreach programs for overnight populations
- Document operational activities using government reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless service delivery
- Participate in disaster preparedness and response training
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid Arizona driver's license
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in municipal software systems (e.g., GIS, RMS)
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts including weekends
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
