- Maintain detailed incident reports and digital logs using government-mandated systems
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in criminal justice preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Strong observational skills and proficiency with surveillance technology
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting documentation
