Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate nighttime municipal operations across public safety, utilities, and transportation departments
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and incidents with decisive action and clear communication protocols
- Conduct routine inspections of critical infrastructure and public facilities during overnight hours
- Maintain detailed operational logs and incident reports for city-wide transparency
- Collaborate with emergency services and other government agencies during after-hours crisis management
- Implement and enforce municipal ordinances during nighttime operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in public administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in government operations or public safety
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
