Core Responsibilities:

- Monitor and oversee critical state systems and databases during the night shift to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Process and review incoming applications, permits, and requests submitted after hours with strict attention to compliance and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve technical alerts or operational anomalies identified during the overnight monitoring cycle.
- Maintain accurate logs of night shift activities and report any significant findings to the Day Shift leadership team.
- Assist in the coordination of emergency responses or critical communications outside of standard business hours.
- Perform data entry and filing duties to support the administrative needs of the department.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or IT operations.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening required for government employment.
