As part of the night shift operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining public safety and operational efficiency during non-business hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee 24/7 operational systems and data feeds.
- Process and verify incoming information and reports with high accuracy.
- Communicate with shift supervisors and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of all night shift activities.
- Assist in emergency response coordination and public inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all state safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, call center, or data entry preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (varied shifts: 10pm - 6am or 11pm - 7am).
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
